MICROSIVE

Business automation examples for eight Indian industries.

Most automations follow one shape. Something arrives, it gets checked, the unusual case goes to your staff, and a record is saved. The documents, fields and sign-offs change from sector to sector, so we wrote out a worked example for eight of them.

Example workflow. Not client work.

Eight worked examples

  • Recruitment agencies. A client's job requirement becomes a draft role, with CTC and notice-period gaps flagged before sourcing starts.
  • Clinics and diagnostic centres. When a doctor is away, that day's patients are listed with free slots for staff to move, and each change is logged.
  • Hotels. Once a guest request is logged, it is routed with a time target and escalated if the target is missed.
  • Real estate. Leads from portals and WhatsApp get one owner, and ownership disputes go to the sales manager.
  • Schools and colleges. Admission documents are sorted and compared with the application form, and mismatches go to a counsellor.
  • E-commerce and D2C. Refunds are drafted for staff approval, and stock is checked against its reorder level after each order, with alerts to the purchase team.
  • Manufacturing. A material indent becomes a purchase request with stock and open orders checked, and the purchase head approves it.
  • Logistics. Lorry receipts and delivery proofs are read on arrival, and damage remarks go to operations before a shipment is closed.

What stays with your staff

In these examples, the automation prepares the record and runs the checks. Approvals, money decisions and anything medical go to a named person on your team, and each industry page says who that is.

Your sector is not listed?

The shape still applies. These eight are worked examples, not a limit, and we can scope a repeated job with clear inputs and checks. Tell us what arrives and who checks it today. If the job mostly means connecting tools you already pay for, start with integrations. To pick the job, our guide on what to automate first may help.

Conversations as well as paperwork

FAQ

Where is our data stored?

Where it runs is chosen with you for each project, and an Indian region is available when your data has to stay in India. More on this on our integrations page.

Which languages can the messages go out in?

That is a project decision rather than a fixed list. We pick the language your customers use, including languages from outside India, and test it before we commit to it.

What arrives on your team's desk each morning?

Describe it, and the checks it goes through. Someone from our team replies within one business day.
