MICROSIVE

From a client's job requirement to an open role your recruiters can work on.

A client emails a requirement late in the evening. By the next morning it should be an open role with clean fields that your recruiters can source against. We can automate that intake.

Example workflow. Not client work.

All automation examples by industryHow our AI automation service works

Before and after

Before. A recruiter reads the email, retypes the role into the ATS or a sheet, and learns two days later that the client did not give a CTC budget.

After. The AI reads the email body, PDF JD or WhatsApp forward and fills a draft role: title, location, CTC band in lakhs per annum, experience range, the notice period the client accepts, openings and the client's point of contact. Rule checks confirm that the CTC is a range, location and openings are filled, and the client has an active service agreement on record. The role opens for sourcing once those checks pass.

When something is missing

If the CTC is missing or the agreement has lapsed, the draft goes to the account manager with the gap highlighted. The role stays closed until they clear it. The saved role links back to the original email, so anyone can check what the client wrote.

Build around your ATS, or use ours

If your agency already works in an ATS or a shared sheet, we can connect to it where it offers an API or data export. If you would rather adopt software that includes AI matching, a shared WhatsApp inbox and GST-aware placement invoices, look at Microsive ATS. If intake is one of several jobs you could automate, our guide on what to automate first may help you choose.

Where your team decides

  • In this intake workflow, the AI does not shortlist or reject candidates. It fills fields and prepares drafts.
  • A profile reaches the client only after the recruiter approves it.
  • Interview slots go to a candidate only after the recruiter approves the shortlist.
  • CTC negotiation and notice-period buyouts stay between recruiter and candidate.

Booking the interview itself is covered on our voice agents page.

FAQ

Can it read requirements that clients send in different formats?

We test the reading step on sample requirements in the formats your clients send. Anything it cannot read clearly is flagged for the account manager rather than guessed.

What do candidates see before their resume data is stored?

The first message a candidate gets says what is being stored and who is storing it: the resume they sent and the details read from it, held by your agency. The wording is yours and is agreed in the scope, so it matches what you already tell candidates.
