MICROSIVE

How a project with Microsive runs

A project moves through three stages: a written scope with a fixed quote, regular demos while we build, and a handover of the code.

  1. 1. Scope and quote

We start with a written scope of work. It sets out what we are building, what it costs, when it will be delivered, and any extra costs you might face, including third-party services the project depends on. So you see the total cost before you commit, and the quote is fixed for that scope.

If you want something added or changed later, we quote the change first, and nothing extra starts without your go-ahead.

  2. 2. Build, with regular demos

We show you working software you can try in regular demos.

Demos are where you tell us what to change, while changes are still small.

  3. 3. Handover

When the work is done, we hand over the source code and the repository. The code belongs to you.

Every account stays yours from the start. We build inside your own accounts, from the WhatsApp Business number on your Meta account to the hosting and payment accounts, so keys and services are never held by us and third-party costs are billed to you directly.

After launch

If you have an IT team, we hand the running of it to them, with training on how it works. When they get stuck on something small, we help, at no cost.

If you would rather not run it, we can. Ongoing support covers keeping it live, updates, and fixing bugs and glitches, along with small additions to what is already built, such as a new filter, report or dashboard view. Larger new features are scoped and quoted on their own. Support levels, including cover outside business hours, are agreed in the scope.

What we ask from you

  • A clear description of the job the software or device should do.
  • Access to the tools and systems it needs to connect to.
  • Someone on your side who can answer questions and join the demos.
