Custom software, built around your process.
For Indian businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools. We agree the scope and a fixed quote first, and the code is yours.
Two kinds of software we build
- Websites. Company sites, hotel and booking sites, landing pages and online stores. How we build websites.
- Web apps. Internal tools, customer portals, CRMs and dashboards. How we build web apps.
Proof we build software
We built Microsive ATS and Microsive Dialer, and they are the clearest example of how we work. See the products.
Why this stack
- Next.js, React and TypeScript: widely used, so any future team can pick up the code.
- PostgreSQL with Prisma: your data sits in a standard database that other tools and teams can read.
- Railway, a managed server, or the setup that suits the app: we deploy and host it, in accounts you own. Serverless or a managed server is a choice we make with you at the start.
When custom software makes sense
Off-the-shelf software is the right start for many teams. Custom software starts to pay off when your team keeps working around a tool: copying data between systems, tracking approvals in chats, or paying for features nobody uses while missing the one you need. If that sounds familiar, the scope conversation is where we find out whether building is worth it.
How a project runs
- Scope and quote. A written scope with a fixed quote before the build starts.
- Regular demos. You work through real screens with sample data while we build.
- Hand over. The source code and repository are yours. The full detail is on how we work.
Questions we get
Can it be a mobile or desktop app as well?
Yes. We build progressive web apps, which install from the browser and work on any phone, and we build apps for Android, iOS, Windows and Mac. Which of those fits is decided in the scope, because it changes the build and the cost.
How do you handle personal data under the DPDP Act?
We advise and build. As part of the scope we work out what the software needs to collect, who can see it and how long it is kept, and we build to that. The accounts and the data stay yours.
Software we built and still run
We built an applicant tracking system for recruitment agencies in India, and we run it. Each agency works in its own separate space inside it.
A recruiter moves candidates along a pipeline whose stages the agency defines for itself. What each person can see is decided twice over: by where they sit in the agency’s reporting line, so a manager sees their own team’s records and no one else’s, and by a role the agency writes, which turns individual pages, dashboard panels and actions on or off. The same structure is editable as an org chart you drag people around in.
Around that sit resume screening that ranks a shortlist against a role, invoicing with GST and placement fees, and attendance and leave for the agency’s own staff.
