Web app development with the roles, records and integrations your team needs
When your records are spread across sheets, chats and inboxes, a web app puts them in one place with the right access for each person. We build them the way we built Microsive ATS and Microsive Dialer.

What a web app build covers
- Roles and access. Who can see and change what. Microsive ATS, for example, lets recruiters see only their own candidates.
- Records and workflows. Forms, statuses and approvals that follow your process step by step.
- Integrations. Payments through Razorpay with GST invoices, WhatsApp messages through the official Cloud API, and data from your existing tools where they offer an API or export.
- Dashboards. Figures pulled from your sales, orders or support records into one screen, with the same access rules as the rest of the app.
CRMs
We build CRMs on the open-source Twenty project, the base of Microsive CRM. Pipelines and fields match how your team sells. Call records from Microsive Dialer are logged in it.
Customer portals
A portal gives your customers a login where they can see their orders, requests or documents and act on them, with the same access rules as your internal app.
How a build runs
- Scope and quote. Who uses the app, what it does, what it connects to, the delivery time and any third-party costs, with a fixed quote. Changes are quoted before we make them.
- Build with regular demos. You work through real screens with sample data at each demo.
- Hand over. The source code and repository are yours.
We build web apps with TypeScript and store their data in PostgreSQL.
Before you brief us, these guides help: what a scope of work should contain, how to scope a first version and what drives web app cost.
Questions we get
Who owns the app's code?
You do. The source code and repository are handed to you at the end.
Where does the app run, and who owns the hosting?
We deploy it and we host it, in accounts that belong to you. Whether it runs serverless or on a managed server is decided with you at the start, based on what the app has to do. You keep the accounts and the billing either way.
Can it work with Tally, Zoho or our current software?
It can connect to tools that offer an API or data export. We confirm in the scope exactly what it can read and update. More on connecting tools on our AI automation page.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes. We build progressive web apps, which install from the browser and work on any phone, and we build apps for Android, iOS, Windows and Mac. Which of those you need is decided in the scope, because it changes the build and the cost.
Which part of your work needs its own app?
Describe who would use it and what it should do. Someone from our team replies within one business day.
