1. Who we are
This website, microsive.com, is run by Microsive Private Limited (CIN U62020RJ2025PTC109468), with its office at 33, Muhana Road, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India. In this policy, “Microsive”, “we” and “us” mean Microsive Private Limited.
Which law applies: this policy is written under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.
Under India’s DPDP Act, we are the “Data Fiduciary” for personal data you give us through this website. That means we decide how and why your data is used.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data collected through this website: the enquiry form, call booking, job applications, visits to the site, and cookies and similar technologies. It does not cover work we do for clients under a separate agreement, or our other products and websites, such as Microsive ATS.
3. What we collect, and why
| Where | What we collect | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry form | Name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), the service you need, your message, budget range, and your consent | To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project |
| Call booking | Name, email, what you want to discuss, the time you choose, and your consent | To schedule and hold the call |
| Job application | Role, name, email, phone, city, years of experience, notice period, expected salary, anything else you add, and your consent | To assess your application and contact you about it |
| Emails you send us directly | Your name, email address and what you write, for example a grievance, a rights request or an accessibility report | To answer you and act on your request |
| Cookie choices | Your choice, its date and the policy version, kept in a consent record | To show what you agreed to and when |
| Every visit | IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the time, recorded by our hosting provider in its logs | To deliver the website and keep it secure |
| Forms and booking | IP address and browser and device signals, checked by Cloudflare Turnstile | To stop spam and automated submissions |
| Analytics (only if you allow it) | Pages visited, clicks and scrolling, session recordings, device and browser details, approximate location, and cookie identifiers | To understand how the site is used and improve it |
| Advertising (only if you allow it) | Cookie and ad identifiers, the pages you visit, and whether you sent an enquiry. If you send the enquiry form after allowing advertising cookies, your email and, if you gave one, your phone number are also sent to Google and Meta in hashed form, a code that cannot be turned back into your details but can be matched to accounts they already hold. This is still personal data. This never happens for job applications or call bookings. | To measure whether our ads lead to enquiries, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing) |
We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as passwords, bank or card details, health information or biometric data. Please do not include it in free-text fields.
4. The basis for using your data
- Enquiry form, call booking and job application: your consent, given through the checkbox on each form, for the purpose stated there.
- Analytics and advertising: your consent, given in the cookie banner.
- Sending hashed email and phone from the enquiry form to Google and Meta: your consent to advertising cookies.
- Hosting logs, spam protection, remembering your cookie choice, and serving the 3D scene: these are strictly necessary to deliver and secure the website, so we do not ask for your consent to them and you cannot turn them off while using the site. Spam protection checks that a form is being filled in by a person rather than a script. The cookie record stores only what you chose, when you chose it and which version of this notice you were shown.
- Call booking through Cal.com: the booking calendar loads only when you click “Book a 30-minute call”, which is your choice to load it. Your booking details are then covered by the consent checkbox on the booking form.
5. Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time:
- For details sent through a form or booking, use our data request form, or email our Grievance Officer (section 10).
- For analytics and advertising, use “” in the website footer.
After you withdraw, we will stop using that data. We will also delete it, and ask our service providers to stop using and delete it, within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawing does not affect what we did with your data before you withdrew. Withdrawing analytics or advertising consent stops future collection and sharing.
6. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data.
Service providers who process data for us:
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosts the website, keeps its logs, and stores a copy of each form submission |
| Resend | Sends form notifications to our team's email inbox |
| Cloudflare (Turnstile) | Checks forms for spam and bots |
| Google (Google Workspace) | Receives form and booking notifications in our team's email inbox and stores them |
| Cal.com | Shows available times, takes call bookings and sends the calendar invite |
| Google (Google Calendar) | Schedules booked calls |
Analytics and advertising providers: Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (Meta pixel) provide these tools. Depending on the tool and setting, they process data on our behalf, for their own purposes, or both.
We may also share personal data when the law requires it, for example when a government authority makes a lawful request.
7. Where your data is processed
Google, Microsoft, Meta, Cloudflare, Vercel, Resend, Cal.com and Spline may process data in the United States and other countries. We transfer personal data outside India only as the DPDP Act allows.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries, bookings and job applications: 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Security and access logs: 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Google Analytics 4: event-level and user-level data for 14 months. Aggregated reports, which do not identify you, are kept longer.
- Microsoft Clarity: session recordings for 30 days. Favourited recordings and a random sample of recordings are kept for up to 9 months (Microsoft Clarity FAQ, September 2026).
- Consent records: 3 years. Each record holds only what you chose, when you chose it and which version of this notice you were shown. It contains no name, email address or IP address, so it cannot be traced back to you.
- Hosting and security logs: for as long as the law requires.
9. Your rights
As our policy, and under the DPDP Act as its parts come into force, you can:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and the names of the organisations we have shared it with.
- Correct, complete or update it.
- Ask us to erase it. We will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw your consent (section 5).
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to.
- Raise a grievance with us. If we do not resolve it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once the relevant obligations apply.
To use these rights, email our Grievance Officer. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We acknowledge your request within 7 days and resolve it within 30 days.

11. How we protect your data
We take steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access, change or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
12. Children
This website is not meant for children (people under 18). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children or from people who need a lawful guardian to act for them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email our Grievance Officer and we will delete it.
13. Visitors outside India
This website is directed at people and businesses in India, and this policy is written under India’s DPDP Act. If you are reading it from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the section below applies to you as well.
If you are in the EEA or the UK (GDPR): we rely on your consent for everything you send us through a form or the cookie banner, and you can take that consent back at any time without giving a reason. For hosting logs, spam protection, remembering your cookie choice and serving the 3D scene, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a website that works and is not overwhelmed by automated submissions.
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Email our Grievance Officer (section 10) to use any of them. We acknowledge within 7 days and resolve within 30. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Your data is processed in India and in the other countries named in section 7. We are not established in the EEA or the UK and we do not offer our services there; we publish this section because the site can be read from anywhere.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will show a notice on the website.
