Motion Graphics Designer

Make our products and the websites we build easier to understand through motion, on the web and on social.
What you will do
- Design motion for websites, from section transitions to small interface animations, with our front-end developers.
- Make demo videos for the voice agents and automations we build, and for Microsive ATS, the Dialer and MicroFlow.
- Produce short videos for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Match motion to the Microsive brand so the site, videos and social feel like one company.
What we are looking for
- Motion design work you can show us when we get in touch, including examples where your motion made a feature easier to understand.
- Strong skills in a motion tool such as After Effects, and the ability to hand web animation specs to developers.
- Nice to have: 3D in Blender, Lottie, or AI video tools.
About Microsive
Microsive is a DPIIT-recognised startup that builds voice agents, AI automation, web apps and IoT devices for clients. We also run our own products: Microsive ATS, the Microsive Dialer and MicroFlow. Clients get a written scope, regular demos and the code at handover.
