03 · WEB APPS

Dashboards, SaaS MVPs, and internal tools your team actually uses.

Production-ready Next.js, React, and Node. MVPs in 6–8 weeks.

We build web applications that ship on time and keep working after we leave. SaaS products, internal operations tools, client portals, data dashboards, and B2B platforms. We don't build landing pages. We build software — the kind with auth, data models, permissions, and a backend that handles real load.

01 / What we build

What we build.

SaaS MVPs

From prototype to production in 6–8 weeks. Multi-tenant auth, billing, onboarding, usage metering, and a UI that doesn't look like a template. We've launched B2B SaaS products that closed their first paying customers before formal launch.

Internal tools + operations dashboards

The software your team actually uses every day — dispatch consoles, CRM overlays, approval workflows, data entry tools, reporting dashboards. Built for real users, not for a demo.

Data-heavy applications

Applications where the hard part is the data model: reconciliation engines, analytics platforms, multi-source aggregators. We use Postgres, pgvector, Prisma, and DuckDB depending on what the query patterns need.

Client-facing portals

External-facing web apps for your customers: project trackers, document portals, self-service dashboards, booking systems. Scoped tightly, shipped fast, secure by default.

AI-powered web apps

Web applications with LLM features baked in — RAG-powered search, document Q&A, AI-assisted workflows. We've shipped production RAG systems on pgvector + OpenAI with sub-2-second latency.

Legacy system replacement

The internal tool running on decade-old software that everyone hates but nobody's replaced. We've done this. We know how to migrate data, replicate critical workflows, and retire the old system without breaking anyone's day.

02 / How we work

How we build web apps.

01

Scope before you start.

The most expensive mistake in web app development is building the wrong thing. We spend week 1 writing a one-page scope document: what the app does, what it doesn't do, the data model, the auth model, and the integration points. You sign off on this before any code.

02

Design the flows, not just the screens.

We design the user journeys end-to-end in Figma before we build. Not wireframes — full-fidelity screens with real data. By the time we start coding, the product decisions are already made. The build is faster and cheaper as a result.

03

Ship to staging every Friday.

From week 2, there's a staging URL. Every Friday, you get a Loom walkthrough of what's new. You can click around, break things, and give feedback. We incorporate it Monday morning. No surprises at launch.

04

Production means production.

We deploy to production with Sentry error tracking, PostHog analytics, and uptime monitoring — all in your accounts. We write the handover Notion doc before we leave. The 30-day post-launch window is included on every build.

03 / Who it's for

Who this is for.

Founders ready to ship their first product.

You've done the customer validation. You know what the MVP needs to do. You want a production system, not a hackathon prototype. We'll scope it, price it, and ship it.

Ops teams running on spreadsheets and PDFs.

If your operations live in Excel and the team spends time reformatting exports, you have a web app problem. We build the internal tool that actually fits how your team works.

Companies scaling past their current stack.

The tool that worked at 10 people is breaking at 80. The internal system your senior engineer built in a weekend and never documented. We rebuild these properly — and we don't break anything in the process.

Honest note.

We don't take projects where we can't staff them properly. If our pipeline is full, we'll tell you and give you a realistic start date. We've turned down work rather than under-deliver. It's cost us revenue. We think it's the right call.
